We offer affordable property management for residences located in Amsterdam and its surroundings. When we receive a request for maintenance or repair, we will always check whether it is the responsibility of the landlord or tenant. We work with a large group of professionals that can take care of any defect. Below is a summary of what can be expected from us.
- First-line contact for any defect
- Organize the repair if the costs are below the agreed mandate. If costs exceed the mandate we will contact the lessor for approval
- Monthly offset of the maintenance costs
- Inspection of the defect before and after repair
- Option to do a recurrent inspection
- Communication of all relevant information with lessor and lessee
The activities do NOT include the regular checking and inspection of the accommodation in the light of Article 11a of the Opium Act, the client is responsible for this.
Costs
We charge a monthly fee of €60 including VAT for technical management. For this fee, we’re always the first point of contact for your tenants and are always available. Should any action be required, we charge a commission of €60 per hour, including VAT. This is considerably cheaper than the fixed commission of 8% excluding VAT, which most agents charge for property management.
If you prefer to buy-off the property management, that is also possible. We will make an appointment to an appraisal at your residence.
If desired, we can also take care of your financial administration.
