Choosing one of our packages will save you money. Below is an overview of our packages. We offer two online packages, which can be ordered throughout the Netherlands. The premium rental package is only available for Amsterdam and the surrounding area. We also offer affordable property management and financial administration for Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

*Amsterdam Area includes: Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen, Duivendrecht en Ouderkerk.

MEDIUM RENTAL PACKAGE

This is an ONLINE package available throughout the Netherlands. It includes an advertisement on Pararius and other major rental platforms. We offer advice on writing compelling advertising text. Before we publish the advertisement, we’ll review it with you. After publication, you can still make necessary adjustments. You also have the option to have us take photos for a professional photoshoot.
All candidates will be directly connected to you so you can schedule viewings.

Once you’ve selected a candidate, we’ll conduct a comprehensive screening. During this screening, many risk factors are eliminated. This significantly optimizes the safe rental of your property. You’ll receive a customized contract, so if you have special requests or want to rent your home for a specific period, we’ll incorporate them into the contract. We’ll work with you to create a legally sound contract that best suits your situation.

LARGE RENTAL PACKAGE

This is also an ONLINE package. In addition to the services offered in the medium package, we also handle the initial selection of candidates who apply and schedule appointments for you at the specified time slots. We will also handle the collection of proposals and negotiations for you.

PREMIUM RENTAL PACKAGE

If you would like to outsource all aspects of renting out your property, this is the package for you. A property is a valuable asset, both financially and emotionally. A professional rental agent has the knowledge and experience to find the right candidate, so you can rent out your property safely.
With the premium package, we handle the entire rental process. We will conduct a rental appraisal for you, assessing a realistic market price and whether any (minor) adjustments can be made to optimize the rental price. We will take care of the complete presentation of your property, conduct all viewings, and select suitable candidates to introduce to you. Once you are satisfied with the candidate we have presented, we will conduct a financial and background screening. We will draw up a contract based on your wishes and handle the check-in and check-out. We’ll even ensure your tenants receive a welcome package to make them feel welcome.

If you’d prefer complete peace of mind, we can also handle the property management and financial administration for you.
