A strong first impression can make all the difference. I advise on presentation and any minor improvements that can increase the property’s value. A well-presented property sells faster and often better. I recommend having the property photographed with furniture, so that the rooms are shown to their full potential. If desired, I can engage a specialized sales stylist, with whom I regularly collaborate, to further enhance the property’s presentation.
Professional media package included
Photography, floor plans, compelling sales texts, and an official NEN report: this complete media package is always included in my brokerage fee. Your property will be optimally presented, at no extra cost.
Viewings for all interested parties
I invite everyone to a viewing; I don’t limit viewings because you never know who will make the best offer. During the viewing, I take the time to answer questions and provide a good impression of the property. This gives every prospective buyer the opportunity to seriously consider the property.
Negotiations and closing
I conduct negotiations carefully in consultation with you and guide you through the entire process, all the way to the notary.
Transparent and Without Hidden Costs
At Het Stadshuis, you always know where you stand. I work with clear agreements, with no surprises afterward. The selling costs are based on brokerage: on average around 1% of the sales price (excluding VAT). The media package – including photos, floor plans, and a NEN report – is included as standard.
